What is Meena rashi (Pisces) in Vedic astrology?
Meena (मीन), the Pisces sign, is the 12th rashi of the sidereal zodiac. Its lord is Jupiter, its element is water and its quality is dual (dvisvabhava). It spans Purva Bhadrapada (4th pada), Uttara Bhadrapada, Revati. In Vedic astrology "your rashi" means the sign your Moon occupied at birth, not your Sun sign.
The character of Meena
The last sign — dual water ruled by Jupiter, and classically the sign of dissolution and of moksha. Its character is compassion, imagination and a porousness to what is around it.
