Information We Collect

When you order a report or use the free mini-kundli, we collect: your name, gender (optional), date/time/place of birth, phone number, and email address.

We also automatically collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for fraud prevention and rate-limiting on our free tools.

How We Use Your Information

Birth details are used solely to calculate your astrological chart and generate your report. Our Python astrology engine performs all calculations — no birth data is ever sent to the AI language model as raw input for anything other than writing the interpretive text of sections we've computed.

Your phone number or email is used for OTP-based identity verification (via WhatsApp or email) and order-related communication. Your email is used to send order confirmations and your final report.

If you give a phone number or email on a free tool (the free kundli or a calculator), we may contact you on it about the chart you requested — for example, to follow up on what it shows. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or writing to [email protected].

Promotional messages: we do not send you offers or promotional messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and we will ask you for that separately. Agreeing is never required to use any tool. Reply STOP at any time, or write to [email protected], and we will stop.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each of which processes a subset of your data under their own privacy terms: Supabase (database and file storage), Razorpay (payment processing — we never see or store your card/bank details), Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (phone number verification), Google Gemini / OpenAI / Groq (AI text generation for report interpretation), and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (converting your birth place into coordinates).

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your order and birth-detail data as long as needed to deliver your report and for basic business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us — we will remove your personal information from active systems, retaining only what is legally required (e.g. payment records) for the minimum necessary period.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to remember your language preference (Hindi/Hinglish/English). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies beyond standard analytics.
